This was an unusual collaboration for me, in that while I was working with choreographer Evita Zachariolgou to develop a solo piano work following her narrative structure, Evita was also working with composer Spencer Robelen to create an electronic soundscape to enhance the beginning and ending of the piece. I never worked with Spencer directly, so the piano piece stands on its own, but a full dance performance would include both elements.
